As Sales Enablement Manager, you will build and own the sales enablement function at Dreamdata. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to improve seller effectiveness, accelerate ramp time, and drive consistent execution across our global sales team.
You will be responsible for translating strategy into repeatable behaviors — ensuring our sellers have the skills, messaging, and confidence needed to win complex B2B deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in scale-up environments, enjoys building from first principles, and is motivated by measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve Dreamdata’s sales onboarding program, reducing ramp time and accelerating time-to-first-dealDesign and deliver ongoing enablement programs (training, certifications, reinforcement) aligned to pipeline reality and sales prioritiesPartner with Sales Leadership to support methodology adoption (e.g. discovery, qualification, deal execution) and consistent stage executionEnable sellers with clear messaging, positioning, and talk tracks in collaboration with Product MarketingSupport deal readiness through enablement of competitive positioning, objection handling, and use-case clarityWork closely with RevOps to ensure enablement aligns with CRM workflows, reporting, and data hygieneMeasure and report on enablement effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time, certification completion, stage conversion, and win-rate trends- Act as a trusted partner to Sales Managers, supporting manager-led coaching rather than replacing it

Requirements
With over 5 YoE in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM roles within the B2B SaaS sector, you'll bring proven expertise in empowering mid-market and enterprise sales teams throughout intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes. You have a track record of connecting enablement initiatives to tangible revenue results, such as ramp rates, conversion metrics, and win ratios. Your adaptability shines as a sole enablement owner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You excel at collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product teams, fostering strong partnerships.
Proven success in developing enablement programs from the ground up or scaling them rapidlyA data-driven approach, prioritizing impact over mere outputA clear and confident communicator, capable of influencing others without formal authorityFamiliarity with contemporary sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)Benefits
