Strategy & ExecutionTranslate company strategy into clear initiatives, milestones, and KPIs for the employees and the external consultants of the companyDrive execution of priority projects across cybersecurity, compliance, sales, and operationsTrack progress, unblock issues, and ensure accountabilityLeadership & CoordinationAct as a central coordination point between executive leadership, technical teams, and commercial functionsPrepare leadership briefings, board materials, and strategic updatesSupport decision-making with analysis, insights, and scenario planningOperations & GovernanceImprove internal processes (e.g., appointments, onboarding, appraisals and training) and reporting structuresSupport governance, risk management, and compliance activitiesHelp design scalable operating models as the company grows and monitor their implementationRequirements
EssentialBSc Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (MBA a plus, not required)Proven experience similar roleStrong understanding of technology-driven businesses (cybersecurity experience is a major plus)Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to operate with ambiguity, urgency, and discretionConfidence working directly with senior executives and foundersDesirableBackground in cybersecurity, IT, risk, or regulatory environmentsExperience in high-growth SMEs or scale-upsExposure to board-level reporting or investor relationsBenefits
