NeoWork is looking for a driven and articulate Outbound Sales Caller to convert warm leads into closed sales for solar energy solutions. In this high-impact role, you’ll conduct consultative phone conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest in going solar.

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to warm leads who have shown interest in solar energy solutions Deliver engaging, consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs Educate prospects on solar products, benefits, and pricing in clear, confident English Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward informed decisions Close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in CRM systems Manage time efficiently to meet daily call and conversion targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfactionRequirements

2–3 years of outbound sales or call center experience (solar, energy, or related industries preferred) Excellent English communication skills (verbal and listening) Strong objection handling and closing skills Proven ability to build rapport and trust over the phone Effective time management and ability to work in a target-driven environment Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and basic sales technologyBenefits
