Follow this link to apply: myapps.kwiktrip.com Location: Department 799 Shift: Daytime Experience: 1-3 years Pay Range: $20.96 to $30.41 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Analyze and review exception reports to ensure accurate reporting of store sales, expenses, other income, cash over/short. Reconcile various account types.
• Verify reported data in paperwork for retail locations with store documentation scanned • Correct any discrepancies in paperwork such as cash deposits, sales, paid out, expenses • Report any unusual activity or overages/shortages to appropriate individuals. • Verify any out of tolerance levels with the retail location • Reconcile various account types including bank accounts, money orders, lottery, food delivery, other various GL accounts using a reconciliation software • Analyze and review reports of missing sales or incorrectly rang up sales and correct as needed • Train coworkers as needed. Communicate with the retail locations informing them of correct procedures, changes in paperwork or request additional information to complete auditing procedures.
• Answer all incoming calls and emails from retail locations and resolve questions. • Research paperwork items requested by the retail location. • Maintain contact with the retail locations on any changes made to paperwork. Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year experience in retail, and familiarity of the bookwork process and operations of the cash recycler • Comdata SmartDesq experience preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer • Comfortable with navigating multiple technology platforms • Ability to learn new technology platforms as needed (example: new POS system) • Ability to adapt to change • Ability to analyze store data and provide feedback • Ability to communicate effectively • Proven customer service skills • Proficient typing and 10 key skills • Possess strong organization skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Possess a valid driver’s license Work schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
