Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to dateProactively chase outstanding payments, including termination charges and ongoing service charges via phone and emailInvestigate, resolve, and follow up on invoice queries and disputes efficientlyMonitor overdue balances and take appropriate action in line with company proceduresPrepare and maintain weekly and monthly aged debt reportsWork closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Provisioning teams to prevent delays in billing and paymentEnsure accurate records of all customer communications and actions takenRequirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Credit ControllerPrevious experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident using Ability, Xero, and HubSpot or similar accounting softwareAbility to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize workload

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
