Our client is seeking a Senior Creative Performance Strategist who thrives at the intersection of creative thinking, data, and performance marketing. This role owns the creative strategy behind our paid media and social commerce engine.
You will develop winning angles, messaging, hooks, and testing frameworks that drive scalable performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. Creative production and editing will be handled by creators and editors. Your role is to design the strategy, concepts, and testing roadmap that drives revenue growth. The ideal candidate deeply understands how beauty products win on social platforms and knows how to translate insights into high-performing direct response creative.
Creative Strategy & Performance Advertising: Develop and lead creative strategies for high-performing direct response campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Creating performance-driven creative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channelsDeveloping messaging, hooks, and angles that drive clicks and conversionsDesigning creative concepts across different customer personas and funnel stagesTurning product features and benefits into compelling performance creativeThe goal is to consistently produce creatives that drive CAC efficiency and scalable growth.Creative Testing Framework
Build and manage a structured creative testing system.
Responsibilities include:
Developing weekly creative testing roadmapsLaunching high volumes of new creative concepts and variationsTesting different hooks, formats, offers, and messaging anglesRapidly identifying winning creative and scaling it across channelsThe focus is on building a high-velocity creative testing engine.
Market, Consumer & Competitor Research
Use insights and data to inform creative direction.
Responsibilities include:
Studying beauty trends, TikTok formats, and creator content stylesAnalyzing competitor ads and creative strategiesIdentifying emerging angles and storytelling opportunitiesTranslating customer feedback and reviews into new creative ideasThis ensures creative strategies remain relevant, differentiated, and performance-focused
Creator & Content Collaboration
Work closely with creators and editors to bring creative concepts to life.
Responsibilities include:
Writing clear, creative briefs for creators and editorsGuiding hooks, story structure, and visual directionReviewing creator content and optimizing concepts for performanceHelping scale winning creator content through paid amplificationThe goal is to produce authentic creator-style content that converts.
Data Driven Creative Optimization
Use performance data to continuously improve creative output.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring key metrics such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, and ROASIdentifying patterns across winning creativesFeeding insights back into the testing roadmapContinuously refining messaging and creative frameworks. The focus is on ensuring the creative strategy is driven by real performance data
AI & Creative Production Tools
Explore and implement emerging tools that improve creative production and testing.
Responsibilities include:
Using AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and researchLeveraging technology to scale content productionIdentifying tools that help generate creative variations fasterImproving workflows between strategists, creators, and editorsThe goal is to increase creative output velocity without sacrificing quality.Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketingStrong understanding of TikTok and Meta creative ecosystemsExperience developing direct response creative that drives measurable resultsAbility to translate data into actionable creative insightsStrong understanding of creator-style content and social commerceExperience working with creators, editors, and media buyersHighly analytical with strong creative instincts
