Key Responsibilities
Architect and design complex features and system integrationsLead technical decision-making for product or teamConduct thorough code reviews with mentorship focusDrive technical debt reduction and modernization initiativesTroubleshoot and resolve critical production issuesCollaborate with Product Owners on technical feasibility and estimationMentor and develop Intermediate and Junior developersEstablish coding standards and best practicesLead sprint planning and technical grooming sessionsEvaluate and champion new technologies and toolsOwn critical system components and integrationsCoordinate cross-team technical initiativesContribute to CI/CD and DevOps improvementsUse AI tools strategically for complex migrations and refactoringRequirements
7+ years of professional software development experienceExpert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages (C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL)Deep experience with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js)Experience with VB 6Strong database design and optimization skillsProven track record of delivering complex projectsExperience architecting scalable, maintainable systemsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to mentor and develop other developers
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
