About the Role : Intermediate Developers are experienced contributors who work independently on moderate to complex features, mentor junior developers, and take ownership of significant portions of the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement new features with minimal supervisionLead technical initiatives within sprint workRefactor and modernize legacy codeMentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programmingParticipate in architectural discussions and technical planningDebug complex production issues across multiple systemsWrite comprehensive unit and integration testsOptimize database queries and application performanceContribute to CI/CD pipeline improvementsEvaluate and implement new technologies and frameworksRequirements
3-5 years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in C#, TypeScript, or JavaScriptExperience with modern web frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)Solid understanding of database design and SQLExperience with RESTful API design and implementationProficiency with Git and version control workflowsExperience with Agile/Scrum development processesStrong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Knowledge of microservices architectureExperience with PowerBuilder or legacy system modernizationUnderstanding of dealer management systems or automotive industryDevOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium)Active use of AI development tools for productivity
