Role OverviewThe Operations Manager oversees and optimizes core business operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across processes, systems, data, and people.

You will act as the operational backbone of the organization—building structure, improving workflows, and enabling teams to perform at a high level. This role is ideal for operators who enjoy owning outcomes, solving complex problems, and driving execution across multiple priorities.

Core ResponsibilitiesOperations Strategy & Execution — 30%Lead day-to-day operational execution across teams and workflowsTranslate business objectives into clear operational plansIdentify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies across operationsDrive continuous improvement initiativesProcess Optimization & Systems — 25%Design, document, and optimize operational processes and SOPsImplement automation to reduce manual work and errorsImprove cross-functional workflows and handoffsMaintain operational documentation for scaleData, Reporting & Insights — 20%Track operational KPIs and performance metricsBuild and maintain dashboards and reportsAnalyze trends to support data-driven decision-makingCommunicate insights clearly to leadershipTeam & Resource Management — 15%Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, and workload distributionSupport onboarding, training, and performance managementEnsure accountability and operational consistencyFoster strong execution habits in remote environmentsProject & Initiative Management — 10%Lead cross-functional initiatives and operational projectsManage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsEscalate risks and blockers proactivelyEnsure on-time and high-quality deliveryRequirements
