Role OverviewThe Full-Cycle Recruiter owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, connecting high-quality candidates with growing companies across multiple industries. This role spans intake and role scoping, sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer management, and placement support—requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build strong talent pipelines, assess candidate fit, and manage hiring processes through successful placement. Core ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership & Needs Assessment — 15%Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and success profilesConduct intake discussions to clarify expectations, skills, and hiring prioritiesProvide market insights to support realistic hiring strategiesBuild trusted, consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction — 25%Develop sourcing strategies across roles and industriesProactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referralsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsExecute Boolean search strategies and personalized outreach to engage passive candidatesCandidate Screening & Assessment — 25%Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviewsPerform structured interviews to assess experience, skills, and role fitEvaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural alignmentDocument candidate assessments and provide clear feedback to stakeholdersInterview Coordination & Process Management — 15%Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates and hiring teamsPrepare candidates and interviewers for each stage of the processManage candidate communication and ensure timely follow-upsMaintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughoutOffer Management & Closing — 10%Partner with stakeholders to support offer preparation and presentationManage candidate communications through offer acceptanceSupport smooth handoff for onboarding and placement completionPipeline Management & Reporting — 5%Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATSTrack candidates across recruitment stagesMonitor pipeline health and identify process bottlenecksProcess Optimization & Quality Assurance — 5%Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and qualityMaintain consistent recruitment standards and documentationStay current on recruitment tools, trends, and best practicesRequirements
