Job Title: Amazon Account Manager

Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account. This role focuses on account health, listings, customer support, and growth-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation for New Listings

Create optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search termsAssist with A+ Content structure and copyEnsure all content complies with Amazon policiesListing Optimization

Optimize listings for SEO and conversionImprove titles, bullets, and imagery based on performance dataAnalyze sessions, conversion rates, and keyword performanceListing Management

Monitor listings for unauthorized edits, suppressions, or missing contentUpdate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywordsUpload and manage A+ Content and Brand Store updatesCoupons & Promotions

Create and manage coupons, deals, and promotionsMonitor performance and report resultsCoordinate promotions with internal campaignsCreator Connections

Manage Amazon Creator / Influencer connectionsReach out to creators for product collaborationsTrack creator content, performance, and approvalsCase Management

Open, manage, and follow up on Seller Central casesResolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, policy warnings, and Brand Registry casesMaintain a case log and ensure timely resolutionCustomer Support

Respond to buyer messagesHandle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claimsMonitor negative feedback and request removal when eligibleAccount Health Overview

Monitor Account Health Dashboard dailyTrack policy violations, performance metrics, and suppression risksProactively flag and escalate issues that may impact account standingRequirements

Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accountsStrong knowledge of Amazon policies and best practicesExperience with listings, cases, account health, and customer supportExcellent written English and communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedPreferred (Nice to Have):

Basic understanding of Amazon PPC (not required but a plus)Benefits
