About this role
We’re looking for a high-performing Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience selling marketing services. This role sits at the front line of revenue and works directly with the CEO to turn interest into booked calls and closed deals. You’ll own outbound email campaigns, follow up with engaged prospects, and confidently get decision-makers on calls. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who understands how buyers actually evaluate and purchase marketing services—not just how to send emails. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Client Acquisition Run high-volume outbound email campaigns using HubSpot , including sequencing, personalization, and follow-ups Write and iterate high-converting outbound copy (AI-assisted, but human-led) with strong hooks and reply-driving angles Develop and test new messaging, value propositions, and positioning to improve reply and booking rates Cold call warm or semi-warm leads who have engaged with emails (opens, clicks, replies, ...
