Job Overview
We’re helping our client, a modern beauty brand, find a Community Associate to support day-to-day community engagement across social and owned community platforms.
This role is highly execution-focused and detail-oriented. You’ll act as a frontline voice of the brand—ensuring timely, accurate, and warm interactions while helping foster an active, welcoming online community.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and naturally thoughtful in written communication, with experience engaging customers in a brand-forward, community-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments on a daily basisEnsure timely, accurate, and on-brand responses across all community touchpointsReview and correct missed or incorrectly answered messages when neededFlag recurring questions, customer concerns, or sentiment trends to the internal teamActively engage within the brand’s community group by commenting on member posts to encourage conversationRespond to questions on community announcement postsSupport moderation efforts to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and on-brand environmentMaintain consistent brand presence and responsiveness during designated business hours
Requirements
Must-Have
Experience in community management, social media engagement, or customer support for a consumer brandStrong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to match a premium brand voiceExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in customer-facing communicationAbility to manage high-volume messages and engagement efficientlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy roleNice-to-Have
Experience supporting beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brandsFamiliarity with social media moderation tools and/or CRM platformsPassion for community-driven brands and customer experience
