Role Overview
We’re looking for an elite Paid Search specialist—someone who lives and breathes the entire Google ecosystem and understands ecommerce growth at a technical, strategic, and commercial level.
This is not a role for a generalist media buyer or lead-gen marketer. This role is for a Paid Search geek who understands how conversion value, feeds, attribution, and YouTube all work together to scale DTC ecommerce brands profitably.
You’ll be client-facing, trusted as a strategic partner, and expected to own paid search performance end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale Paid Search for DTC ecommerce brands, with a primary focus on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTubeAct as a conversion value expert, architecting value-based bidding strategies that align with LTV, margins, and true business outcomesLead data feed optimization across Shopping and PMax using platforms such as DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or similarBuild, audit, and optimize complex account structures with a deep understanding of signals, intent, query sculpting, and feed-driven performanceOwn YouTube for performance, including full-funnel strategy, creative testing frameworks, and integration with paid search and PMaxAnalyze and interpret performance using GA4, Google Ads, and attribution tools to surface clear, actionable insightsPartner directly with clients—explaining strategy, performance, and tradeoffs clearly and confidentlyCollaborate with creative, CRO, analytics, and engineering teams to improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue efficiencyContinuously test, iterate, and push the edge of what’s possible in the paid search ecosystem

Deep expertise in Paid Search for ecommerce (DTC required) — not just lead generationAdvanced understanding of conversion value optimization, value rules, bidding strategies, and margin-aware scalingStrong hands-on experience with product feed optimization and Shopping/PMax mechanicsProven YouTube Ads expertise, especially for performance and revenue-driven outcomesHighly technical mindset with the ability to diagnose performance issues at the data, feed, and auction levelComfortable in client-facing environments, presenting insights and leading strategic conversationsNaturally curious, analytical, and obsessed with how paid search actually works under the hood
