We're looking for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our Tel Aviv talent team and help shape Lemonade's culture through smart hiring in a temporary role for 6 months.

In this role you'llCoordinate interviews and manage scheduling for roles across our growing Tel Aviv office

Source creative talent through multiple channels while building strong candidate pipelines

Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Lemonade's culture and values

Support cross-functional recruiting projects and tech events with understanding of relevant skills and target companies

Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain long-term sourcing strategies

Take on additional projects that help scale our talent operations

What you’ll need1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (engineering, product, or similar technical roles)

Proven sourcing skills with significant candidate outreach experience

Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do approach to building relationships

High-level English (written and verbal) and native Hebrew

Sharp attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

Passion for recruitment and genuine interest in growing within talent acquisition

Ready to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
