What you'll doDirect assistance of the finance function in Germany in terms of the overall accounting process
Preparation of monthly management accounts for the German broker
Responsible for the Accounts Payable function, including receipt and booking of invoices, oversight of accounts payable, coordination with Group finance professionals, etc.
Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, regulators and other counterparties
Participation in the transfer pricing arrangements between the entities within the Group
Working directly for and closely supporting the German subsidiary
What you need to have3 -4 years of previous experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Audit
Experience in financial reporting and month-end process
Good presentation skills (written & oral)
Ability to interpret new and complex data
Very good analytical skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
English fluency
German speaking (professional working proficiency)
Previous work experience for a German entity operating under HGB is considered an advantage
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and participate in various projects involving multiple people with various backgrounds
