DescriptionWe're seeking a Mid-Level Content Producer to support the content development of a developer keynote at a major technology company's flagship annual event. In this role, you'll work alongside the senior content producer and cross-functional partners to keep content workstreams running smoothly — managing schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating with creative teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You bring energy and a can-do attitude, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the content great.ResponsibilitiesSupport the senior content producer in managing end-to-end content development for a large-scale developer keynoteOwn specific workstreams and deliverables, tracking timelines, status, and dependenciesCoordinate daily with designers, motion designers, editors, and other creative team members to ensure work is on trackMaintain and update production documents including schedules, trackers, and run-of-show documentsFacilitate communication between creative, editorial, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on content priorities and deadlinesAssist with on-site content needs including rehearsal content integrations, asset delivery, and last-mile updatesManage asset workflows — intake, review cycles, versioning, and final deliveryHelp prepare materials for production meetings and stakeholder reviewsSupport content vendor coordination and resource management as neededContribute to post-event documentation and wrap processesExperience & Skills4–6 years of experience in content production, creative production, or a related fieldExperience supporting content development for keynote presentations, developer conferences, or large-format events is strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyProficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Asana, or similarClear and effective communicator — written and verbalCollaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across disciplinesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting prioritiesFamiliarity with content production workflows including design, motion graphics, video editorial, and presentation developmentExperience working with Keynote (Apple) is a plusTravel & LocationCandidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to travel and work on-site in Menlo Park, CA during the engagementOn-site presence is required in the weeks leading up to and during the eventEngagement duration is approximately 2 months, with flexibility for 1–2 weeks before and after the contract period for unexpected business needsBeing on-site in Menlo Park 2 weeks before the actual event is RequiredCompensation is hourly with overtime compliant with California labor lawsSkillsProject management, Design, Production, Digital, Program managementTop Skills DetailsProject management,Design,Production,Digital,Program managementAdditional Skills & Qualifications• Experience working with Keynote (Apple) or presentation-based content• Familiarity with asset management tools like Iconik, Frame.io, or similar• Background in creative agency or in-house creative studio environments• Experience supporting video editorial and motion graphics workflows• Interest in or exposure to generative AI tools in content production Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menlo Park, CA.
