⢠Set up and operate 5-axis CNC vertical milling machines ⢠Produce complex precision components to exact specifications ⢠Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints ⢠Install tooling, fixtures, offsets, and load programs for production and R&D projects ⢠Utilize Fanuc or Heidenhain controls to optimize machine performance ⢠Edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code at the machine ⢠Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy ⢠Machine titanium, stainless steel, alloys, and plastics while maintaining tight tolerances ⢠Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed ⢠Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet demanding schedules ⢠Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining challenges ⢠Maintain a safe, organized work environment consistent with quality and ITAR standards đŻ Ideal Experience We're looking for machinists who enjoy challenging work and take pride in precision.Preferred Experience:
