• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC vertical milling machines • Produce complex precision components to exact specifications • Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and blueprints • Install tooling, fixtures, offsets, and load programs for production and R&D projects • Utilize Fanuc or Heidenhain controls to optimize machine performance • Edit and troubleshoot G-code and M-code at the machine • Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy • Machine titanium, stainless steel, alloys, and plastics while maintaining tight tolerances • Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet demanding schedules • Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining challenges • Maintain a safe, organized work environment consistent with quality and ITAR standards 🎯 Ideal Experience We're looking for machinists who enjoy challenging work and take pride in precision.Preferred Experience:
