What You’ll Do
• Maintain property grounds through landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal upkeep • Perform snow and ice removal to keep walkways and entrances safe during winter • Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairwells, and shared spaces • Manage trash and recycling areas to ensure cleanliness and organization • Complete routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping • Travel between nearby residential properties to ensure consistent upkeep standards What We’re Looking For
