Job Title: HVAC Service TechnicianJob DescriptionAs an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining HVAC products, boilers, and air handlers. You will conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.Responsibilities
• Inspect equipment and building systems to identify issues or potential failures. • Perform routine maintenance on facility systems to minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC and light electrical issues. • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and recommendations for system improvements. • Safely operate hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance. • Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete daily assignments efficiently. • Work outdoors and on rooftops as needed. • Travel locally to customer sites, with a company vehicle provided if needed. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in HVAC systems. • Knowledge of commercial HVAC and electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Standard hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm, typically working overtime for a total of 45-50 hours per week.
