Abbott Vascular is seeking to recruit a Territory Manager Vascular within our Coronary team. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within your assigned territory (North & South of Brussels + Limburg), managing an extensive portfolio including Core Coro products (Drug Eluting Stents, Guidewires, Dilatation, etc) and PCIO products as OCT and Fysiology (HW and disposables) Region: North & South of Brussels, Limburg Key Responsibilities
• Deliver territory sales targets across the cardiology portfolio by servicing the current customer base, developing new business opportunities, and effectively managing tenders and awarded contracts. • Build deep clinical and commercial relationships within cath labs, working closely with interventional cardiologists, nurses, and procurement teams. • Provide in-lab support during complex coronary procedures, ensuring optimal product utilisation and clinical outcomes. • Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists to deliver product education, case support, and training programmes across the region. • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging clinical data in interventional cardiology. • Maintain accurate and timely administration, including CRM updates, sales forecasting, reporting, expense management, and budget tracking. • Represent Abbott with professionalism and full compliance in all customer interactions. • Act as a role model for high-performance behaviours, accountability, and customer focus. Your Profile
• Relevant Bachelor degree or clinical qualification (e.g. nursing, biomedical sciences) or equivalent industry experience • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a healthcare sales role, ideally within cardiology • Demonstrated understanding of structured selling and negotiation techniques • Ability to develop and execute a robust territory business plan. • Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology, with the ability to confidently communicate clinical and technical data is a plus • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage clinical stakeholders at all levels. • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient, with a results-driven mindset. • Strong organizational skills and team collaboration. • Professional working proficiency in French, Dutch, and English • Valid driver’s licence.
