About this role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in delivering full-cycle recruitment across the organisation, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and compliant hiring experience. In addition to coordination, this role requires proactive ownership of recruitment activities, market awareness, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes while delivering a strong candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities.

• Manage and deliver full-cycle recruitment, including requisition intake, role scoping, sourcing support, screening coordination, interview management, offer preparation, and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. • Work closely with candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders to coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process. • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness at all stages. • Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges, including scheduling conflicts, delays, and stakeholder alignment issues. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant records in the ATS (currently Taleo), ensuring data integrity across the recruitment lifecycle. • Ensure all recruitment activities align with internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements. • Support drafting and refining job descriptions to reflect role expectations and attract suitable candidates. • Contribute to sourcing strategies and talent pipelines where needed, particularly for harder-to-fill roles. • Manage offer processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating approvals. • Oversee onboarding activities such as background checks, new hire documentation, and onboarding coordination. • Act as a trusted point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, supporting them through the full hiring journey. WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role, with exposure to full-cycle recruitment preferred. • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership and driving outcomes. • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues. • Technically capable, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate recruitment systems and tools (Taleo experience advantageous). • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
