We’re currently looking for Self-Employed Personal Trainers to partner with our Health & Fitness teams across our leisure centres. Birmingham, Chichester, Kent, Bisham Abbey, Bangor Aurora, Basingstoke, Mansfield, Milton Keynes, Stoke Mandeville, National Water Sports Centre, South Bucks and Oxford. What We’re Looking For:
• Have a Level 3 Personal Training qualification. • Bring enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to every session. • Thrive on helping clients reach their goals—and celebrate their wins. • Are passionate about health, fitness, and delivering excellence. • Are ready to build and grow your own PT business. • Embrace teamwork and love contributing to a supportive gym environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering exceptional 1-to-1 and small group training. • Creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere that keeps members coming back. • Championing Serco’s vision and values in everything you do. • Working proactively to grow your client base within the facility. • Supporting the team and maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.
