Human by nature. 开机操作员/手工配料员- Your Future Position？ As a 开机操作员/手工配料员，you will proficiently operate batching systems （MWS, SAP, CMS） per production orders, performing manual and automated batching safely. You will ensure production delivery and maintain a clean, standardized work area. Sound interesting? It could well be your good opportunity. In this exciting role you will 1、配料作业执行：严格依照 SOP及岗位操作规范，熟练使用MWS 配料系统，完成配料作业；根据订单需求与岗位生产目标，按时按量完成配料作业； 2、香精搅拌与重量异常处理：负责按要求进行香精的搅拌作业，确保均匀性；当机器配料重量出现偏差时，主动协助领班、质量或技术人员调查原因，包括检查设备、原料、系统数据等，并记录反馈。 3、原料管理：及时补充手工配料区的原料，将大桶原料安全上架；按计划进行原料盘点，对系统与实物库存存在差异的及时确认并调整，确保账实一致。 4、设备操作与维护：开机配料员须熟悉机器操作及CMS 系统相关操作；负责生产设施、工治具的日常点检、清洁与基础维护，保持设备良好状态。 5、香精生产：负责香精的混合搅拌； 6、系统操作：掌握 MWS/SAP/CMS 系统相关操作（如物料查询、订单确认、库存移动等），确保数据准确。 7、EHS 与合规：严格按照SOP和工作场所安全准则进行操作，确保自己及他人安全；严格遵守公司EHS 规定、各项规章制度及个人卫生制度，在工作中养成良好的操作规范，确保自身及他人安全。 8、5S与现场管理：负责配料区域的5S工作（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养），保持作业环境整洁有序。 9、跨部门协作：与生产、质量、小样品、物流、EHS 等部门保持良好沟通，确保配料环节顺畅。 10、其他任务：根据生产需要，服从主管及上级安排的其他合理工作任务。 Your professional profile includes 1、学历：高中或中专及以上，具备基础电脑操作能力。 2、工作经验：香精行业工作经验且持有叉车驾驶证优先。 3、职业素养：踏实肯干，责任心强，服从工作安排，正直守信。 4、团队意识：具有团队合作精神，并愿意在公司内部学习和发展自己。 5. 环境适应：能适应有较明显气味的工作环境。 Our Benefits
