As a 仓库操作工 ,you will be responsible for the daily operation and management of warehouse raw materials, including receiving, warehousing, material preparation, issuing, and inventory counting. You will ensure the timely, accurate and compliant supply of materials required for production, and continuously maintain the cleanliness and standardization of the work area.Sound interesting? • 原料接收、入库及退换货处理：接收来料原料，完成实物入库，并在SAP系统中进行收货操作；对不合格原料或需退换货物料进行识别、隔离、系统退货处理，并协调相关部门完成退换货流程。 • 标识与送检：对新到原料进行登记、抽样送检，打印并粘贴对应标签，按规范整理归位。 • 生产供料保障：定时巡查连接机台的原料储料情况，及时更换或补充，确保生产连续。 • 物料上架与存储：根据预先确定的顺序（如尺寸、类型、物料），将物料放置到高层货架、一般货架或指定库位。 • 生产供料与备料：定时巡查连接机台的原料储料情况，及时更换或补充，确保生产连续；根据生产订单，提前拣配并准备生产所需原料；使用普通叉车、手拉叉车、人上行登高叉车或其他设备，将物料转移至指定区域，并与相关区域人员完成交接。 • 外仓管理：负责外仓原料的调拨、库存协调与日常管理。 • 原料分包：按需进行原料的分包作业，确保分包的物料、数量、批次准确无误。 • 库存盘点：协助参与定期盘点和循环盘点，确保实物盘点准确并做好记录，提供给系统操作员录入；保证库存账实一致。 • 过期原料重检取样与整理：对临近或已过保质期的原料按制度进行隔离、重检取样，并整理归位或申请报废，确保库存质量状态清晰。 • 整桶包装加料：按照标准作业指导书（SOP）执行整桶包装原料的加料操作，确保加料准确。 • 5S 现场管理：负责仓库责任区域的5S工作，保持作业环境整洁有序。 • 设备与设施点检及维护：按计划对叉车、货架、储料设备、冷暖库及负责区域温湿度等进行日常点检，发现异常及时上报并记录；日常工作中正确使用各类仓库设备，确保其处于良好状态。 • EHS与合规操作：严格按照SOP和工作场所安全准则进行操作，确保自己及他人安全；严格遵守公司EHS规定、各项规章制度及个人卫生制度，在工作中养成良好的操作规范。 • 其他支持工作：协助仓库其他事务，完成上级安排的其他工作任务，并根据需要支持发货、工程等相关部门。 You?
