Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Position Overview:
Assists in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to standards and policies of the department and hospital to assure quality patient care. Job Description: EDUCATION
• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma: High School or General Education (GED) or equivalent education/experience
• Other: Completion of a formal accredited Operating Room Technician program
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
• Two (2) years scrubbing experience at CPMC required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Basic knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Requires communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range is $53.30 to $63.69 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
