As a Managed Services - International Finance - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions, supporting clients across various functions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, all while resolving escalations and queries. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities
- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and processing - Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards - Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction - Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs - Utilizing technology and process optimization techniques to enhance service delivery - Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards - Reviewing and verifying financial documents to validate accuracy and completeness - Managing customer data and performing due diligence to support business processes - Documenting processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency - Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client value
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
