As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI - Manager, you will lead the transformation of business processes through digital solutions within our Assurance practice. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI technologies to enhance audit and assurance services, driving innovation and efficiency for our clients. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, leveraging your strategic planning and mentoring skills to deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Leading teams in the implementation of business transformation digital solutions within audit and assurance contexts - Managing client support activities to enhance service delivery and satisfaction - Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning to drive business process improvement initiatives - Overseeing ERP system integration projects, including SAP ERP and SAP HCM, to optimize operational efficiency - Conducting audit internal controls and SOX compliance assessments to validate security and process controls - Coaching and providing feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development - Embracing change and promoting inclusion to cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment - Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and teamwork - Applying intellectual curiosity and learning agility to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree - At least 4 years of experience - At least one of the following: US licensed CPA, CISA, Public Accountant or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory - Oral and written proficiency in English required
