As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI- Director, you will lead transformative business solutions within our Assurance practice, focusing on digital transformation and risk management. You will guide clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging innovative solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Workday to enhance their business processes and IT controls. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic direction for business transformation initiatives using digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday - Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes - Overseeing multiple projects to enhance client engagements and maintain executive-level client relations - Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together - Assessing and managing risk and controls during client transformation journeys, leveraging ERP security and IT General Controls - Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership and innovation - Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and encouraging creative thinking within teams - Cultivating potential in others through mentorship and leadership, aligning with PwC's values and brand - Validating compliance with regulations and governance processes, including SOX compliance and security control assessments - Building relationships with stakeholders to enhance credibility and reliability of financial statements and internal controls
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree - At least 8 years of experience - At least one of the following: US licensed CPA, CISA, Public Accountant or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory - Oral and written proficiency in English required
