• Support Integrated Marketing Strategy • Support development of annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans • Help align product priorities, and GTM sales plays to business objectives • Support shaping global campaign structures and execution requirements • Ensure strategy aligns to GCM pillars and target account priorities • Drive Cross • Functional Alignment • Translate strategy into executable plans across PMM, Campaigns, and Regions • Identify dependencies and strategic handoffs between teams • Cascade priorities and ensure consistent activation globally • Own Rhythm of Business & Governance • Support Practice Area marketing RoBs (MMR, QMR, etc.) • Support preparation of executive-ready updates • Establish and maintain initiative and commitment tracking • Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and manage stakeholder expectations • Optimize Operational Performance • Monitor execution against OKRs • Support cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational gaps • Support structured follow-ups and help drive accountability across teams • Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement • Enable messaging, positioning, and activation reflect field realities • Contribute to the broader S&O community culture and best practices • Lead team performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure ongoing development and goal achievement
