As a Product Owner - Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of managing commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology. Your role will involve designing, developing, and managing activities for specific products from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading product management initiatives from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life - Driving innovation in software solutions to meet evolving client needs and market demands - Managing commercial and internal product lifecycles, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance - Collaborating with business, user experience, and technology teams to solve customer and end-user problems - Developing business cases and go-to-market strategies for product commercialization and sales support - Utilizing Agile Methodology to enhance product development processes and team collaboration - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support product innovation and client satisfaction - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance - Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for strategic planning - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members to resolve issues -Experience working with engineering teams, UX/UI designers, QA teams, data teams, AI engineers, architects, sales, marketing, and stakeholders. -Understanding of feature prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF, Kano, value vs. effort, cost of delay, or similar methods. -Working knowledge of modern AI / Gen AI technologies and concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, chatbots, copilots, RAG-based knowledge systems, human-in-the-loop review, model accuracy, bias, and explainability. -Exposure to using AI tools for product discovery, roadmap inputs, requirements analysis, backlog refinement, user story creation, test scenario definition, research, stakeholder communication, and productivity improvement.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
