As a Global US Payroll Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and issues, and supporting HR processes to run smoothly within our People Operations practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to support HR operations, utilizing a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards to contribute effectively to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Coordinating benefits administration and absence management to support workforce needs - Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate employee record-keeping - Utilizing HR software to streamline human resources service delivery and shared services - Supporting human resources management by executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities - Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements - Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement strategies - Documenting and administering processes to improve data quality and confidentiality - Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and support client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources Management (HRM) and HR Software - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights - Excelling in employee engagement strategies and employee relations - Managing complex client support scenarios with creativity and adaptability - Coordinating staff effectively to enhance team performance and productivity - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
