As a Global US Payroll– Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives. This role encourages you to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, building your personal brand and technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in problem-solving, support senior staff, and participate in project tasks. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols - Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping - Coordinating with HR teams to facilitate smooth HR service delivery - Utilizing HR software to maintain and update employee data efficiently - Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Engaging in process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations - Collaborating with team members to address complex business issues from strategy to execution - Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and knowledge in human resource operations - Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform HR strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management - Utilizing Human Resources (HR) Metrics for data-driven decision-making - Excelling in Employee Engagement Strategies and Employee Relations - Managing Confidential Information Handling with integrity and discretion - Coordinating Staff effectively to enhance team productivity - Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
