As a Global US Payroll– Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge to support senior staff. You will also interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in line with HR protocols - Supporting compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping - Coordinating staff activities to enhance HR service delivery and employee engagement - Utilizing HR software to maintain and update employee data efficiently - Collaborating with team members to improve HR processes and systems - Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and absence management - Documenting HR processes and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information - Applying knowledge of HR policies to support business operations and decision-making - Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and contribute to team success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management - Excelling in Communication and Stakeholder Communications - Utilizing skills in Process Improvement and Documentation Administration - Applying knowledge of Labor Laws and Human Resources (HR) Policies - Engaging in Employee Engagement Strategies and Employee Life Cycle management - Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client needs
