As a Global US Payroll – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to support HR processes and systems, confirming smooth operations. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Coordinating benefits administration and absence management to support workforce needs - Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR processes - Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and streamline operations - Developing and implementing process improvements for HR service delivery - Collaborating with teams to enhance employee engagement strategies - Administering employee record-keeping and documentation management - Supporting HR shared services and assisting in human resources management tasks - Analyzing HR metrics to inform insights and recommendations for business strategies - Upholding professional and technical standards in all HR activities - Navigating complex situations to deliver quality HR solutions and support
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Utilizing HR software to enhance employee data management - Demonstrating analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights - Coordinating staff effectively within HR managed services environments - Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts - Developing employee engagement strategies to foster meaningful client connections - Navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional standards
