As a Global US Payroll– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role requires you to embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to support HR processes and systems, confirming smooth operations. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Coordinating benefits administration and absence management to support workforce needs - Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolution or escalation as necessary - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR operations - Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and streamline HR processes - Supporting HR service delivery through effective documentation and process improvement - Collaborating with teams to enhance employee engagement and relations strategies - Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve service delivery - Upholding professional and technical standards in all HR activities - Navigating complex situations to deliver quality HR solutions and support
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Software and Metrics - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights - Excelling in employee engagement strategies and conflict resolution - Managing employee life cycle processes with a focus on improvement - Coordinating staff effectively to enhance team performance - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
