As a Global US Payroll– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Coordinating with HR teams to address employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Administering benefits and absence management in compliance with labor laws and regulations - Maintaining accurate employee records and confirming data integrity within HR systems - Utilizing HR software to streamline operations and improve service delivery - Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance workforce management - Facilitating employee engagement strategies and promoting a positive work environment - Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize HR processes and drive continuous improvement - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with company guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Software - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex HR challenges - Managing employee data with confidentiality and precision - Excelling in stakeholder communications and relationship building - Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility - Coordinating staff effectively within HR managed services
