As a Global US Payroll– Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, actively listen, and apply professional standards to uphold the firm's code of conduct. Responsibilities

- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed - Coordinating staff and maintaining employee records in compliance with labor laws and regulations - Utilizing HR software to support human resources service delivery and shared services - Implementing employee engagement strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction - Supporting human resources management through documentation administration and process improvement - Applying human resources policies and metrics to drive operational efficiency - Collaborating with teams to deliver human resources assistance and manage confidential information effectively - Analyzing data quality and employee data management to inform HR decisions and strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management - Excelling in Communication and Stakeholder Communications - Handling Confidential Information with care and precision - Utilizing Process Improvement techniques to enhance HR operations - Engaging in Employee Engagement Strategies to foster a positive work environment - Coordinating Staff effectively to support team objectives
