As a Salesforce FSL- Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions that enhance their business operations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will utilize your skills to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables that align with client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating increasingly complex situations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business requirements to design and implement Salesforce solutions - Managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud projects to enhance client service capabilities - Developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning applications to improve user experience - Collaborating with clients to gather and document business process requirements - Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and integration - Leading the development of training materials to facilitate user adoption of Salesforce technologies - Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization - Supporting the implementation of emerging technologies to drive innovation within client environments - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software solutions - Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems - Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations - Embracing change and adapting to emerging technologies - Excelling in communication and teamwork within client-focused environments
