As a Senior Associate - Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Hyderabad, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic solutions that drive organizational success. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and design innovative operating models that align with client objectives. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing finance transformation strategies to enhance organizational efficiency - Leading finance process improvements and aligning them with strategic business objectives - Conducting financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic decision-making - Designing and optimizing finance target operating models to drive business transformation - Analyzing financial needs and planning to align with corporate and business strategy goals - Collaborating with client teams to deliver finance function strategy solutions - Utilizing strategic finance skills to support enterprise and functional strategy initiatives - Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for business transformation - Guiding teams in the execution of finance strategy projects and initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
