As a Global US Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently. This role involves engaging with complex business issues, from strategy to execution, and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain operational integrity - Coordinating employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary - Leading the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to support workforce efficiency - Analyzing HR metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning - Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives - Administering employee data management and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information - Facilitating employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment - Utilizing HR software to streamline service delivery and improve operational effectiveness
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
