As a Global US Payroll – Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on executing HR-related transactions and administrative activities, serving as a primary HR point of contact for resolving inquiries and issues. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations. Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of payroll operations and managing the employee lifecycle processes - Overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations to maintain operational integrity - Coordinating with HR teams to resolve complex employee inquiries and issues - Implementing process improvements to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency - Managing employee data and confirming data quality and confidentiality - Developing and coaching teams to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process optimization - Utilizing HR software to streamline administrative tasks and support workforce management - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages to stakeholders - Directing teams through complex situations with composure and strategic questioning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating advanced skills in Human Resources Management (HRM) - Utilizing HR Software for efficient employee data management - Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder communications - Applying analytical thinking to drive process improvement - Leading teams through complex, ambiguous situations - Crafting and conveying impactful, engaging messages
