As a Transition Tools & Reporting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strategizing within our Managed Services practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, leveraging your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that align with client needs. Within our Advisory practice, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and navigate the intricacies of client service engagements.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on relationship building and managing others, using your skills to guide and mentor junior team members. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role will allow you to deepen your understanding of the business context and grow your personal brand.
In this role at PwC, you will be responsible for developing deliverables within client service engagements, using your knowledge to maintain professional and technical standards. You will have the discretion to review the quality of work and inspire others, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities
- Managing client support workstreams within managed services to deliver strategic solutions - Developing automation frameworks and solutions to enhance operational performance and efficiency - Implementing business process improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and stakeholder engagement - Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot performance issues and improve workflow automation - Leading project planning and delivery excellence to achieve timely outcomes and mitigate operational risks - Designing and executing business transformation strategies to support digital transformation efforts - Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation - Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive operational excellence in service management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 - 6 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required - Hands on experience with AI, Power BI, Power Automate, a wide range of Tools, MS365 products, Copilot, Claude Code and/or other AI / Agentic products, and Azure Hyperscaler - Excellent understanding of Managed Service Delivery - Technical Project Management /Architecture & Design methods - Experience working with teams for implementing Quality for varied technologies (e.g. ERP applications, bespoke applications, Infra, Cloud, Testing, Data Analytics) and implementing remote connectivity / networking solutions during the Transition phase.
