As a Data Engineering Leader - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in data engineering processes, working directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions. Within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, you will leverage your skills to manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities

-Own the applications related to SSIS, SQL server, stored procedures and BI reporting applications -Ensure backlog is addressed in time, have delivery plan for the enhancements that is being worked upon for the month. -Define KPIs/SLAs and ensure service excellence across the Managed Service. -Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers and modelers; drive workforce planning, capability development, and performance management. Mentor and manage a team of Senior Associates and Junior resources, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. -Serve as architecture owner: chair design reviews, enforce standards, and align with enterprise data platform and security governance. -Manage stakeholder relationships (business, analytics, platform, security); translate demand into sequenced delivery; communicate risks, issues, and status clearly. -Drive collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams for requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery. -Oversee release/change management, incident/problem management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of processes and tooling. -Establish and maintain policies, playbooks, and documentation for engineering, modeling, testing, and operations. -Review and approve all technical deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. -Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management within migration projects. -Manage project status reporting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment. -Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation. -Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance, and ethical standards.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required -Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes -Knowledge of handling on Qlik and EPIC -Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures -Implement data integration workflows from multiple sources (APIs, flat files, databases) -Perform data transformation, cleansing, and validation -Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures and performance issues -Optimize database performance using indexing, query tuning, execution plans -Schedule and automate jobs using SQL Server Agent -Collaborate with business and data teams to understand requirements -Ensure data quality, integrity, and security -Effective leadership: build and mentor teams, set standards, and drive cross-functional alignment and outcomes.

What Sets You Apart

-Nice to have knowledge in ADF. -Experience with dimensional modeling, data products, semantic/consumption layers; collaboration with BI/reporting teams. -Exposure to streaming (e.g., Kafka), Python, and orchestration frameworks, cost optimization in cloud data platforms. -DataOps practices, Agile/DevOps delivery, and ITIL-aligned managed service operations. -Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow. -Domain experience in healthcare
