Domino's Pizza in Arnold, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfactionAssist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing store performanceEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyCollaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and operational efficiencyTrain and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee cash management and daily financial reportingAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsMaintain a clean and organized store environmentParticipate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable vehicle with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic math and computer skills for inventory management and reportingProblem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling various situationsFood safety knowledge (preferred)Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent BENEFITS:
