About this role

To support our ERP Services team we are searching for a ERP Service Desk Agent (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Tasks WHAT YOU WILL DO

Providing 1st level support for ERP topics Serve as the escalation point of contact for in-house users Close collaboration with ERP end users, ERP specialists and other IT teams Understanding reported issues, triaging new incidents and prioritizing created tickets Focusing on user needs and finding proper solutions Solving reported issues, independently and in close collaboration with 2nd level support

Requirements WHO YOU ARE

Degree in Business Informatics, Economics or other comparable qualification with atleast 2 years of experience in working with Service Desk and providing user support Strong Experience in working with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central Basic understanding of business processes (finance, sales, purchase, inventory, warehouse management) Ability to understand user requirements, prioritize and manage multiple tickets Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus Experience in working with agile environment, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
