About this role
We are seeking a Privacy Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to provide direct support to our Privacy Product Owner in organizing and driving privacy initiatives in Gameloft. This role combines business analysis with operational project management, focused on helping structure information, turn ideas and requirements into clear action plans, operational follow-up across multiple projects, ensuring privacy requirements are well integrated into our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Privacy Product Owner in reviewing privacy initiatives, gathering information, and structuring them into clear project plansMaintain structured documentation of requirements, action items, and decisionsCoordinate operational follow-up with teams, ensuring tasks move forward and reporting back on progressHelp prepare summaries, reports, and updates for the Privacy Product Owner and stakeholdersTrack timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives to keep projects organizedProvide ad hoc research, analysis, and documentation to support decision-makingAssist in defining and reviewing testing approaches to verify privacy complianceProvide input on gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve how privacy is integrated into products and workflows Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a collaborative mindsetExperience supporting cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them in a simplified formatExperience with project coordination, business analysis, or similar support functionsFamiliarity with privacy/data protection topics is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essentialPrevious experience in Gameloft is a huge asset Why Join Gameloft Universe?
