The Opportunity

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll help steer decisions that improve performance across our Mid-Market business. From spotting trends to advising on actions that shape commercial outcomes, your insight will support our journey towards An Electric Britain and help power better decisions every day.

You’ll join us on a salary starting of £36,400 per annum depending on experience. This is a flexible role where you can work remotely, with adhoc travel to our #Exeter office for meetings and collaboration. We’ll give you the IT kit you need to work comfortably and effectively from home.

In this role, you’ll help build a strong data foundation by delivering clear insights, meaningful KPIs and focused analysis. You’ll work with colleagues across Sales, Customer Services, Finance and Strategy to guide decisions, shape opportunities and support improvements that strengthen our business performance.

Advanced MS Excel skills

Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx and SQL

Experience using a range of data analysis and visualisation tools

Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills

Ability to prioritise effectively and take ownership of your work

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting decisions that shape Mid-Market performance

Building and maintaining key KPIs and dashboards

Using Power BI to create a single source of truth for reporting

Analysing pricing, volume and portfolio trends

Helping identify risks and opportunities across the business
