Support the implementation, digitalization, stabilization, and continuous improvement of central Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications at the San Luis Potosí plant.The role ensures reliable MES operations, secure IT environments, and optimal use of standard MES solutions across tire manufacturing processes. Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Automation, computer science or any similar field.Experience with IT system installations and shopfloor systems, advanced knowledge in database technologies (SQL, MS SQL).Design & programming skills (C#) and knowledge in OPC / PLC technology is a plus.Basic knowledge of IT service management (ITIL).English Level Intermediate.Analytical and problem-solving thinking skill.Independent and solution-oriented mindset, strong customer service orientation, communication skills.Teamwork and intercultural competence, high level of commitment, resilience and flexibility.Infrastructure IT (Plus).
