About this role
You will be part of the TABS team and responsible for the following activities:
Coordinate the Accounts Payable team, based on the priorities established with management;Oversee the resolution of complex issues and escalations;Ensure the knowledge and application of internal procedures;Accounts Payable Processes (Invoices, Payments, Reconciliation, Reporting);Monitor/Check if the supporting documents are according to the legal requirements, internal procedures;Support resolution of inquiries, payments;Reporting & Analytics - follow up KPI & other Reporting;Be a contact person for internal and external business partners;Create procedures & Ongoing propose and implement improvements of the existing ones;Actively participate in digitalization and automation;Actively participate in internal or external audits;Responsible for fulfilling Service Level Agreements.
